Our Story
#theshouldertap was an unconventional recruitment campaign tagged “a job to start a movement”. We ignored the traditional methods and launched a social campaign that aimed to shoulder tap the ultimate person for the job by inviting key influencers to ‘shoulder tap’ their best and brightest friends and colleagues. Anyone who got #theshouldertap then received a personalised message from Derek Handley via twitter, along with a unique url where they discovered more about the role through video content and were personally invited to apply
