Our Challenge
How can we get New Zealand women interested in an old school gentleman’s game? With golf memberships dwindling around the country, NZ Golf saw an opportunity to remove some of the entry barriers of the traditional sport and bring it into the modern day to help attract more women – as well as a younger audience.
Our Story
Our campaign, dubbed ‘She Loves Golf’ rebranded the sport as welcoming, inclusive, and focussed on having fun rather than following the rules. Fronted by some of NZ’s most influential female personalities, our ambassadors helped us encourage other women to give golf a go via social media, PR, editorial, activation events and golf clubs nationwide.
